As some of you already know, we came out with a full Columbus steel production road bike called the CC Strada. After building them up, racing it and testing it's limits, we decided to go one step further for the racer who loves steel.
We are now offering a more race worthy version of the Strada. The Macchina Strada is a 1 1/8" head tube to accommodate a more modern cockpit which also makes the bike a bit more stiff and give the bike rider a more stable ride and will aid in maneuverability at high speeds. We also used Columbus Spirit and or LIFE tubing instead of Zona, which is used on the Strada., It has also lightened up the frame quite a bit.
the first run of them were just built and are at paint. I will let you know when they arrive. If you are interested please contact me, I can get your size and custom paint job and get the ball rolling!
